Topic: Final Reflection
Focusing Question: How do you measure your development as a 21st-century school librarian?
The purpose of the final reflection is to provide you with an opportunity to practice metacognition (thinking about thinking) and self-assess your growth as an educator who understands the importance of the:

3. components of an administrative manual;
4. collaborative lesson planning;
5. marketing and advocating for the school library program and the role of the school librarian in student achievement.
6. working in collaboration with others.
It is important to make time to think about how the content and process of this course have impacted your thinking and your readiness to put these concepts into practice in the field.
Before you begin, read Chris O’Leary’s article about elevator speeches: http://www.elevatorpitchessentials.com/essays/ElevatorPitch.html
